Common questions

How do I cancel the subscription?

iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → JM Navigator Pro → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → JM Navigator Pro → Cancel subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Pro features stay available until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by the store where you bought the subscription, not by us. For Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, through Google Play Help.

I paid but Pro features are locked

Open Více → JM Navigator Pro and tap Obnovit nákupy (Restore Purchases). Check that the device is signed in with the account you paid with.

How do I delete my data?

All your data (routes, aircraft, flight log, settings) is on your device only. Delete the app to delete it. We hold none of your data.

I found an error in an airspace, airport or frequency

Aviation data comes from the open openAIP database. You can correct it at openaip.net and the fix reaches the app with the next update. Write to us and we will help.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later, and Android devices with Android 8.0 or later. The app is currently in Czech.

Step-by-step instructions are in the help pages (in Czech). See also the Privacy Policy and data sources and licences.

Flight safety: JM Navigator is not a certified navigation device and does not replace current aeronautical charts, AIP, NOTAM or pre-flight briefing. The pilot in command is always responsible for the flight.
